On Thursday Acer unveiled the Acer Predator Helios 300 gaming laptop in India. Acer claims this is India’s first gaming laptop with a 360Hz refresh rate display. Acer’s latest gaming console is equipped with a processor 11th Generation Intel Core i9-11900H paired with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU.

The Predator Helios 300 features a 15.6-inch LED-backlit TFT FHD IPS (1920 x 1080 pixels) LCD display with 100% sRGB coverage and maximum brightness of 300 pixels. The Predator Helios 300’s 15.6-inch TFT LCD panel offers a refresh rate of up to 360Hz and an overdrive response of up to 3ms. The laptop runs Windows 11 out of the box.
The latest version of Acer is equipped with the 11th generation Intel Core i9-11900H octa-core processor with a maximum frequency of 4.9 GHz, along with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 DDR6 graphics processor with a capacity of 6 GB. The gaming laptop comes with 16GB of DDR4 RAM up to 3GB.
Featuring SODIMMs and a terabyte of PCIe Gen4, the Predator Helios 300 NVMe SSD is equipped with fifth-generation AeroBlade 3D fans, which Acer claims reduce noise and airflow compared to the previous generation. The Acer Predator Helios 300 has 4 RGB keyboards with concave WASD keys for WASD and one for Turbo and PredatorSense modes.
The Turbo button allows users to instantly overclock the CPU, while PredatorSense offers a wide range of customization options for your gaming laptop. In addition, the laptop is equipped with a 720p webcam and dual speakers with DTS: X Ultra, which offer a 360-degree surround sound experience.
This gaming laptop is powered by a 59Wh 4-cell Li-ion battery with AC charging. Connectivity options Bluetooth 5.1, HDMI port, USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, and USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4 port with DisplayPort and Power Delivery support. The Predator Helios 300 includes an Intel Killer E2600 Ethernet Controller and an AX1650i Wi-Fi 6 Killer Modem for low latency and reliable connectivity.
